1. Who we are
Grand Nanny ("we", "us") is a community superapp serving Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. This page explains what data we hold about you and how it is used. This is template copy — replace with binding legal text before going live.
2. Data we collect
- Account: email, display name, profile photo, subscription tier.
- Usage: broadcasts, calendar events, notifications, marketplace listings, energy bills, medications.
- Location: approximate device location, only when you grant browser permission (used for Radar, Nanny Kitchen).
- Device: browser type, IP, and error logs to maintain service quality.
3. How we use it
To operate the modules you use (Radar, Energy, Nanny Kitchen, Community), send the notifications you opted into, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
5. Storage & retention
Data is stored on Supabase (EU/SG regions). You can export everything from Profile → Data Export, and delete your account from Profile → Settings. We retain backups for up to 30 days after deletion.
6. Your rights (PDPA / GDPR-style)
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time by contacting contact@grandnanny.app.
7. Children
Grand Nanny is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
